I planned on making a pirate doll for Barataria, which I never ended up being very active in. I took the idea for the shirt from a Neopets magazine cover. Her necklace supposedly is full of blood from people she's murdered, and the blood surrounds her heart. So she ended up just looking like a casual doll with a necklace. Bleh.
